"Malformed Request" when trying to upvote anything

So for a couple of weeks now, I've been getting a "Malformed Request" exception thrown in my face when I try to upvote a video. Not every single time, mind you, but in more than 70% of cases. It occurs on fully loaded pages as well on partially loaded pages, on the main page as well as a video-specific page. Soft/hard refresh, browser reboot, add-ons disabled, nothing works.

Comments and comment upvotes, video submissions, everything seems to work just fine - except voting on videos.

FF 21.0, AB+, NoScript, Ghostery - basically the same setup I've been using all these years.

So, anyone else suffering from this or is it specific to my "unique" setup (as in crappy connection, etc)?

Do you recall which "Malformed Request" message do you see? It's either "(1)" or "(2)".

The only obvious scenario I can think of is if your IP is very dynamic and changes frequently, like in the middle of your browsing. This is because one small measure to validate a cast vote is to ensure the IP you're casting the vote with is the same IP with which the vote button was generated.

Yes.

Did a little bit of probing around and as far as I can tell, the problem is most likely NoScript. Disabling it doesn't change a thing, but a clean FF seems to work, at least until I add NS again.

Anyways, the problem is on my end, that's pretty clear. Mobile version on my S2 works without a problem.
