We've discussed the random, spite, I don't like your avatar/aura/latest comment, today I decided to rave against anything downvotes. Is there an appropriate penalty for randomly upvoting ?

^Technically it is a blatant violation against the rules that specifies you must watch the video first before voting. I didn't watch a one of them. I just upvoted. Man, I'm a rebel.

You can look at it this way: If someone walks around handing out cash, everyone's happy. If someone walks around taking everyone cash, nobody's happy.

It does break the idea of "sifting" a video, though.
