Embed Players not aligned properly?

I have seen more and more of these lately, and they're all from YouTube too. The player is there, but it's not aligned properly or something. The bottom bar with the play/pause button, seek bar and timer and part of the bottom and right side of the video are cut off.

I can click the play button in the center of the video and it plays, but I can't pause. The only way to properly view the video is to watch it on YouTube.

pretty sure this is a Flash 10.1 issue. all the videos you listed are displaying everything fine, but my particular problem is the video artifacts.

turn off Hardware Acceleration and see if that solves the issue for you.
Also, as always, update your display drivers.

I tried turning off hardware acceleration, it didn't work. I didn't think it would or it would have effected all videos. My video drivers are up to date too, but that wouldn't cause the problem since it's most likely something in the HTML code causing the embed to not align.

I've viewed the page source of pages that work to ones that don't. It looks like the ones that don't align properly, the video embed code has height=473, and the ones that do work have height=324. They all have width=540.

ah, worth a try I guess.

following my own instructions enabled me to rid myself of the artifact issue i was having though. lol

the weird thing is the videos you linked all work/look fine to me. I have the same issue as you on other videos though, mostly non-youtube embeds. all the youtube embeds look fine though.
