College Humor Videos Now Supported
VideoSift has partnered with College Humor who is now an officially supported video host. They have a very interesting mix of content that is generally geared toward entertaining the average college student, but does a great job offering something for everyone, including original works that span beyond videos.
There are lots of great videos that have yet to be submitted, so get sifting! As always, any problems, questions, orwhines concerns should be voiced here.
Here's my first College Humor post. (Way to pimp the vote, huh.)![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/tonguewink.gif)

freakin sweet! I've been wondering when this would happen.
great!
(until they are bought by Viacom of course...)
WOO! *quality what!
hmmmm.....
Awarding lucky760 with one star point for this contribution to Sift Talk - declared quality by djsunkid.
I just posted Street Fighter: The Later Years (Part 3) with no problems, but when I try to sift part 4 and 5 it won't work for me. Embed code invalid, it says. I hereby call dibs on those vids!
good dj, I didn't even know there were part 4 and 5!
I'll add part 3 to the playlist
Double the wootness!!!!!!! I missed having that site to sift through.
Nice, though I'll have to wait 'til I'm at home to see them (can't view College Humor at work).
I can't use the embed code from http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1788161 :

What's up?
The width specified in that embed code is too large. That's probably also the problem for you djsunkid.
You can always change the dimensions manually, with a little algebra like so: Just update all occurrences of width and height in your embed code and that should fix it. Let us know how it works out for you.
Lucky760: I will try 540x302 on my next submission then. Since this is by default, new users will not know this. Maybe you can have VS to resets the sizes automatically?
Note, ant, that you don't want to just stick to a hard rule of 540x302. That's just the maximum allowed dimensions with the same aspect ratio as the specific video you pasted. If you specify those dimensions for a video with a different aspect ratio, the video will likely look squished or squashed.
I wish we could do it automatically. The problem is there is such a variety of embed code formats that we could easily muck it up completely.
Lucky760: OK and thanks.![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/smile.gif)
collegehumor can suck a nut. they stick their ad as the embed thumb. vimeo is already supported anyhow.
Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)
That's actually us putting the promo thumbnail up. We haven't put in the code to grab a real thumbnail yet.
