no. He's from Montreal so he should know how to pronounce french words... But if the Shatner pronounces it this way we obviously should make it canon. This man will be Governor General one day...

I'm Canadian, and I don't know anyone here (at least around Ontario) who pronounces it "sabotaage."

Four-hundred years ago on the planet Earth, workers who felt their livelihood threatened by automation flung their wooden shoes, called 'sabot', into the machines to stop them. Hence the word...'sabotage'.

I think in the age of Christian Bale freak outs, Shatner comes across as polite and sane...
