Ugh, this young lady gave me an URL to MapQuest. I told her to use Google Maps instead.

Oh man, I couldn't even listen to the whole thing. It was just bringing back too many horrifying memories from when I worked tech support for an ISP. Man. Worst four months of my life. That's not even an exaggeration.

I used to work at Best Buy and take calls like this at least 2-3 times a shift. I'm just sorry that the public school system has failed these individuals so badly. Seriously, where the hell are your basic problem solving skills people???
