Wave Pool Malfunction

According to reports, 44 people were injured in Yanbian, Manchuria (Eastern China) when a malfunction occurred releasing a giant wave into a wave pool full of people.

"Local media reported recently that no one was killed in the incident, but 44 people were injured - some even moderately. 7 people were admitted to local hospitals, including two people who had broken ribs, two with blood flow throughout the body, two more with cuts throughout the body and another with a foot fracture.

A local news agency released the accident as a result of a malfunctioning of the amusement park control panel, which caused massive amounts of water to be released. Despite this, Sabra emerged on social networks stating that the facility operator was drunk when operating the wave generator at full power.

Following the bizarre accident, local authorities have ordered the amusement park to close the wave pool until the police investigation is complete. In the meantime, it seems that the park is still working normally"

Some bad translation?

...some even moderately - well that's good then, right?
...blood flow throughout the body = internal bleeding?
...cuts throughout the body?
