joedirtsays...hilarious. that was brilliant.
old_spidersays...What the hell, it's been 6 hours 10 minutes and this isn't on the front page yet.
Memoraresays...That telemarketer isn't very experienced.
When someone like that answers you just hang up, you don't waste time actually conversing with them.
Makes me wonder if it isn't a fake.
jimnmssays...This is a dup, though the other one has a dead link.

heheh now that you mention it, isn't that a crime? Makes me thing that this is fake too. Impersonating an officer is like federal time right?
jwraysays...He would only get in trouble if the telemarketer complained to the cops. I'm sure the jury would make an exception in this situation, though.

siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by rasch187.
wolfiendssays...anyone else thinkin the marketer's reactions are a little too versed? fake?
Abel_Priscsays...I just recently quit a telemarketing job (worst job ever, btw), and I don't think this is versed at all. He sounds exactly like a lot of my ex co-workers when dealing with a very difficult person on the phone. You're actually allowed to 'cop an attitude', just so long as it keeps you in control of the customer.
You can hear him try to do that, but it's pretty apparent that (like with most people) the idea of talking to a police officer suddenly out of nowhere immediately put him on the defense, and scared him shitless.
