Cars should just be limited to only be able to drive the speed limit - we certainly have the technology to do that, why not just make a "hard enforcement" so it can't be broken unless the car is tampered with?

^pedestrians should be implanted with GPS chips which shock them if they are about to walk across a street when a car is approaching. Sounds crazy when you put it in perspective, doesn't it?
