Subliminal Messages in 60's TV National Anthem

What I always find astounding is the amount of people who don't think in the last 50 years they haven't been perfecting this. They trust everything out of the Gov. mouth and cry tinfoil when people challenge the narrative. Buck

A government issued version of the American National Anthem, used in public broadcast sign-offs in the 1960s, contains subliminal messages.....very much like the fictional Horror movie "They Live"......!!!!

"They Live" had as big an impact on me as "1984" did. What a brilliant movie. And used to have the record for longest fist fight too! OBEY

Sure, bring this up now, only after Roddy Piper is dead.

@bobknight33, this is the kind of greatness you're hoping Trump will return us to, right?

Fairbssays...

I have vague memories of this being the last thing that happened before broadcasts went off for the night. It seems eerily similar although it had to have been in the mid 70s

What I always find astounding is the number of people who unquestioningly accept that something posted on a youtube channel is real.

I'm not saying this is definitely fake. Fuck knows, the US government has engaged in some pretty shady shit over the years, but it's ALMOST definitely fake.

There is zero actual evidence here and tonnes of reasons to be INSANELY skeptical about this.

Why on earth would they use the words "ultra" and "naomi"? Those codenames weren't even known publicly.

Even after reading the article posted above by Eric, I'm leaning heavily to fake. Now going from that article, it doesn't appear to have been faked by whoever is doing this particular video who may be just as duped as anyone else who believed the original video. In the end though, it entertained enough.

Thanks for that. I was just going to post the same skepticism. I don't doubt that US government has done all sorts of shady shit, but I need more proof than this, and this is too stupid and blunt for them (usually).

That aside... anyone else getting tons of voicemail or text messages about gay people moving into your neighborhood, or job offers for vaguely-Hispanic sounding names?

I stand by my statement. I think Hollywood got the better of me here. The US (and all Govs) are NOT innocent. MK Ultra was real. This video seems faked I'll concede that for sure.

MK Ultra (the program) was real, but it never actually worked.

Besides, if I subliminally messaged “obey helium” to you, even if the subliminal message worked, you’d need to know that “helium” is my code name for “send ChaosEngine money” to have any effect.

The government is clearly not innocent, but neither are they some super competent evil geniuses either.

It’s great that you want to question things, but you should always apply Occams Razor and always look for evidence to back up any outlandish claims.
