You know what? I don't care what anyone says, I kinda liked Spider-Man 3. Sure, it was too long, had some iffy parts, and generally can't hold a candle to the first two. But I don't think it's a bad movie. It's well made, entertaining, and has some great set-pieces. It's fun. It's not great, but as far as big summer blockbusters go, you can do much, much worse.

Meh, they turned the internal struggle spiderman was supposed to be having with the venom suit into a kitsch version of itself.

He's supposed to have the sudden urge to strangle the life out of the bank robber he just caught; not woo another woman with free form jazz dance to piss off Mary Jane.

If they had just stuck with the Sandman story line, it would have been a lot better.

He is almost as bad an actor as Heyden Christensen. A smiling robotron that looks like he is taking a deuce when he tries to be serious.

Seems pretty ridiculous - but then so is the entire superhero genre. Enough.

And yet Kirsten's character didn't slap him across the face right there and then. Disappoint.

No relation to Spider-Man. Directed like some awful music video. Tobey Maguire has no rhythm and just looks uncomfortable and embarassed to me.

The Mask was a real kooky film.
