Parkour Gymnast Damien Walters 2009 Showreel

This guy is one of the best there is.

I was just about to sift this myself. He's taken parkour/urban gymnastics to a whole new level by now.

You naughty lot better make sure this makes it into the top 15.

At 0:35, you can almost hear him make fun of the guy doing the clapping pull ups.

On a different note: they should show videos like these in schools. I never had any interest in gymnastics at school, only wanted to play ball all the bloody time. But this will make gymnastics seem much more appealing to the kids than anything else you can tell or do.

And while your jaws are on the floor, you might also take a look at the amazing talent of his own kids. Simply unreal.

Incredibly fit & agile? Yes. Impressive display of gymnastics? Yes. Parkour? Gratuitous pointless flips are not parkour!

Useless? It sounds like you're implying that parkour is just so useful and practical.

oh, he's going to regret that when he's fifty.

As opposed to sitting on his ass in front of a computer? Oh trust me, he'll be much better off.

*which I say knowing I'm doing the same thing*

Very good. But don't get fooled by the high jumps. They are made on springy stuff. But still this takes lot of skill and would be like "omg wtf" if everyone wasn't doing this now-a-days.

"Not as much as your going to regret sitting on the computer and eating potato chips all the time."
Hmm, you know what. Actually that's bullshit. He might have very serious implications from this when he is old. That is the exact reason why I quit doing this stuff. It's not hard to learn once you master the basics, but it is very hard on your joints. You know what happens to female gymnasts over 40? Yes to those who you see do all those OMGWTF leg bendings over their head and everything? Well, they can't move at all, they basically have to get surgery to get some plastic joints or something. It's true, if you will look how far they bend, you will see that human body is not naturally designed for that and its extremely harmful to health.

"As opposed to sitting on his ass in front of a computer? Oh trust me, he'll be much better off."
Because if someone comments that this guy is doing something he shouldn't be doing, it automatically means that the commenter is a weak ass nerd not a rationally thinking being who might do healthy exercise daily. LOL@internets

For those that weren't impressed with the music, load up dueling banjos, and mute the video.

(don't ask my how I came across this combination that just WORKS)
