Many of these are old if you are keeping up with the "people are awesome" videos.

Old, fake and gay.


Mostly the first two though.

It's fake. Part of an ad campaign of football players doing unbelievable stunts. If you have an eye for it, you can see the footballs don't quite look right flying through the air.

The baseball player catching the ball barehanded is fake too.

The not fake stuff is quite *skillful though

Adding video to channels (Skillful) - requested by dingens.

Some is real yea, to bad the fake stuff from certain sports promo's had to get stuck in there and dilute the real awesome.

I was hoping it wouldn't get added to Skillful due to the Fantasy Files additions but what the heck, there is some good stuff in there.
It's the sort of video that should be asterisked though.

If a homo erectus could do a feat just as well as a homo sapien can, it's probably not worth your time.

Intellectual feats (your career) are more impressive, and more useful to the world.

Man, Bob Burnquist doing a Christ Air Backflip never gets old.

I must say that I enjoy this type of video far more than the "fail" videos.

Until your life is threatened and your career means nothing, requiring people with physical skills to free you.

This video is glorifying stunts like jumping over cars.

It seems reasonable to say it's intellectually simplistic to glorify those things instead of glorifying people like Turing, who contributed far more to the world.

Skills that contribute to society, like being a policeman or plumber, aren't being criticized here.
