ChaosEnginesays...The original title was "Indian Bummer". Changing it to "Native American Bummer" makes no sense as it kinda ruins the joke.
PlayhousePalssays...*quality Sam!
My grandparents moved to Suquamish, WA after grandpa retired from Sears. I still remember the Salmon Days festival every summer ... good times. Good people [though I was allegedly acquainted with a few of the bad boys of the tribe ... rebel that I was]
siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by PlayhousePals.
scheherazadesays...Were there [successful] complaints at some point during the civil rights movement about black defendants being tried by all white juries? I have some vague memory about that being 'a [legal] thing' at some point. I could be imagining it. In any case, it came to mind when watching the first part of the video, so I wonder if there's some precedent in place for what dollar general is claiming.

00Scud00jokingly says...And now we sit back and wait for the rash of grandmother punching incidents that will run like wild fire through Native American reservations.
noimssays...Sit back???
Those grandmothers are hardly going to come to me now, are they? I'm going to have to work for it.
And now we sit back and wait for the rash of grandmother punching incidents that will run like wild fire through Native American reservations.
Phoozsays...I live 20 min from Suquamish! So beautiful of an area (though really the whole area is beautiful) and the Suquamish are amazing and are my kind of people!
