So wait... is this really his grandma, and is she really 100? From the searches, it seems she actually is... though I'd guess this was more a setup.

It's really not that difficult to have someone with a good highspeed camera film a 12 hr day of good times then cut it down to a few minutes for a music video... all natural lighting so the camera man would just have had to hang out in the background and not stage too much. I buy that it's real.
