Most of these cg animations turn out to be little more than shameless self promoting random (yet grandiose) nonsense, crap even, but occasionally a sweet little gem shines through - like this. It's not about who can cram the most polygons on the screen, to me. It's more about the diversity and completeness of skill and the thought and heart that goes into a creation like this.

I like to believe that the rest of his wings sprouted before he went splat like the whale in Hitchhiker's Guide, which by the way, made me sad. This video is definitely the cutest things I've seen in a while!

These animated shorts are usally pointless and annoying, but this is by far the most touching internet movie I've ever seen. It says to me that if somone has a dream,they will find a way to fufill it ,even if it means dieing for what they belive in. Very sad and awe inspiring , I"m AIMING this to a ton a ppl. Great movie. The struggles of getting dry-eyes during open air aviation. This really hits home to all the pilots out there. His eyes wouldn't have become watery if only he had used his goggles... A real touching depiction. This problem does not get the proper amount of attention it truly deserves from its general public.

Who, by the way, should all vote for legalizing Visine not as medication but as recreational use. It is a serious matter.

I think it's actually a pretty interesting contrast. In film, MUSIC CHANGES EVERYTHING. I need no further proof than the overabundance of 'Yackity Sax' Mashups on the intertubes.

To me, one video shows a plucky (if naive and eventually dead) optimist. The other shows a suicidal idealist escaping reality for the last time. Both are interesting and open to interpretation.

But don't let it end there, throw on something from your itunes to make this piece mean whatever you want.

I think this video would have worked best with this song.
