something folks don't talk about when discussing the dangerousness of being a police officer: carpal tunnel. ⭐ man, that's a lot of tickets.

A mate of mine used to work as a motorway construction guy and he said the hard shoulder is murder alley.

We ended up breaking down and having to stop on the hard shoulder in a minibus one time and he forced everyone to get out and get over the barrier while we waited.

We thought it was a bit much then he told us how many of his colleages had been swiped by a car or truck while working... maybe the fresh air will do us good?

Not everyone with dark tinted windows is an asshole but nearly every asshole has dark tinted windows.
