eric3579What surprised me is that that song is actually played on the radio. I need to crawl out of my hole every once in awhile.
newtboySounded (and looked) like Russia to me, or Ukraine.
That guy knew the song WAY too well.

PaybackNot necessarily...
1) This truck is broadcasting the song over the CB.
2) This truck is broadcasting the song with a wireless FM modulator.
Personally, #1 seems more likely.

MilkmanDansays...With regards to "Not sure if I'd be amused or annoyed." --
High-beam flashing isn't as annoying in a truck as it is in a car. For a few reasons: you're higher so the angle doesn't hit you as much (especially if you are in a cab-over truck), you don't have a rear-view so you'll only get reflections from side views instead of being blinded by the large rearview, and also the signals are frequently used for helpful/constructive purposes between truckers.
I drove a truck for my family farm operations a bit back when I was living in the US, and it was quite common to flash the high-beams to another truck overtaking/passing you when they had enough room to get back in the lane. Pretty handy/nice thing to do since most cars want to be going faster than you and it is somewhat difficult to gauge the earliest safe time that you can merge back into the slower lane in a sideview mirror looking back at a long trailer (or trailers).
Also, I bet @Payback is right and the lead truck was broadcasting the song via CB.

SagemindOur radio stations play that song all the time. Not really an issue.
