Does anyone know the status of a criminal and/or civil case against the ex-police officer? He very nearly deserves to be publicly hanged. I am not at all normally so quick to judge, but I don't have any reasonable doubt after watching just that short bit of tape... open and shut, as far as I'm concerned.
