AeroMechanicalsays...I'd say those are well civilized dogs. They know they aren't supposed to seriously hurt the cats and their only effective way of fighting is to bite the cat hard and shake it to death. There's not much in between for a dog so far as fighting goes.
You just wonder if the cats know this.

poolcleanersays...Observations of the so-called red queen effect reveal that competing entities which are at a disadvantage have a tendency to outperform those which are perceptively higher on the food chain, because they're smaller or weaker or have less advantage, creates the necessity to work harder. Like an Asian family that moves into a white/black neighborhood and pwns the local businesses.
