I can't really tell what's happening here. It looks like the mattress is flying along behind the truck and that knocks the bike out from under the rider. Maybe the mattress was falling off the truck just as it was passing the cyclist?

Yeah, when someone is filming a security monitor and something just happens to happen at the very precise moment.... First question, why was the guy filming it in the first place? Shouldn't those be recorded anyway with better quality. I'm putting this to fake viral ad category.

He's lucky it wasn't a throw rug, that would have been a good way to dispose of a body.

He's probably filming the playback of the security cam. The camera footage was undoubtedly being recorded, so he played it back, and filmed it with his phone to post it.
