Bollards Save Lives

On Friday morning, a truck was speeding in Auburn, Washington when it left the road and slammed into barriers in front of Donut Star. Two people were nearly hit. Fortunately, neither of the customers were injured. The driver is suspected of DUI.

I bet this happens frequently - look at all the concrete barriers and bollards in place. Being at the end of that curve is just asking for idiots to veer into your business.

I don't know, that block that smashed into the window looked pretty deadly in its own right. Lucky no one was in the way..
