I doubt the people flying this are the same people who fly the planes on passenger routes. This is a professional test pilot. Not sure about licenses but these guys really know how to fly!

If they did that on every takeoff, I would buy the next ticket available. What a rush!

Yeah, I'm guessing light fuel load and seats removed to be able to achieve that sort of power to weight ratio.

Don't get me wrong, it's a hell of a thing to do on a bird that big with just 2 engines, and it's breathtaking to watch.

Aren't some mild acrobatics (like this) required for a commercial license? I wonder what the biggest plane most ATP have done acrobatics in..
