This happens more often then you'd expect. Attention diverted to see what the accident is, then plow into the car that has slowed down to see what the accident is.

That guy was really travelling. He was breaking hard from when he entered the shot and was still travelling pretty bloody fast when he hit the car o_O

Not a good driver, unless he is 100% blind, he must have noticed the bus+5+ cars parked next to the road, there is literally nothing else but straight road and wasteland in sight, how do you miss that ? Obviously, he should have been aware and slowed accordingly. What a complete jackass.

Also, whats with the wobbly effect on the blue Opel? Is that the camera or shockwave effect? it seems to happen to late to be a shockwave effect..

I thinks it's caused by image stabilization being wonky.

This is why when riding a motorcycle it's safer to filter between lanes of slow moving or stationery traffic, rather than to sit stationery on the end of the queue.

That's entirely legal within the UK so long as it's done safely. I think in the US it varies from state to state, or is it just California where that's allowed?

I was riding through Germany early this year where filtering isn't allowed, and although for the most part the standard of driving was very good, the speeds are also very high (unlimited - often anywhere between 100 and 150mph). When hitting congestion I didn't half feel vulnerable without being allowed to filter. Wouldn't like to be hit on my bike like shown in this video.
