This is like wax guns metalsmiths use for making jewelry for casting. I can imagine this will be a big hit with them as hard plastic burns out nicely and the wax has to be on another surface as it's too weak to stand alone.

Not really as you can just use filament spools for a 3D Printer.

Good point... they need to patent the cross-sectional shape of the glue sticks, so that normal media won't fit.

Now you can draw a 3D dick on a drunk's face.

It's obviously a lot *slower to use than they want you to realize.
