Ok, it's Punky Brewster. (I know you probably left the name out on purpose, Deano, but I have no shame and I'm sure pun'kin won't be terribly offended.)

Wonder what that was. Looked like the top popped off an LP or gasoline tank - perhaps a gasoline generator? Whatever it was, the arcing stopped when it blew.
Edit: Apparently it was a diesel generator substation.
