This is a dupe in my book. It's the exact same length and content with exception for the sound. If the sound in a significant way influenced the content, such as providing a new context or in a significant way contributed to the enjoyment of the video then I could accept it as a non-dupe. But as it is the change in sound contributes absolutely nothing.
