Comedians who thrive on being edgy and pushing those boundaries, yet get upset that sometimes people get offended by that pushing are way more annoying IMO.

"PC" isn't anyone stopping you from telling your edgy joke. But your jokes would no longer be edgy if everyone stopped giving a fuck or occasionally pushing back. You'd just be another Jeff Dunham, even if you see yourself as Bill Hicks.

Tell your edgy jokes, realize people will push back, and say "Oh, good. I'm not some boring nobody." rather than get way more offended at their "offense".

Since the case is ongoing, not sure if all of the details about the extent of the harassment has come out, but the article someone else mentioned (https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20150716/00572731657/canadian-court-ponders-if-disagreement-twitter-constitutes-criminal-harassment.shtml) has a link to a spreadsheet of the undeleted tweets between them. I read through and see a few early mentions of them meeting in person for business reasons, then him asking to drive her places a lot, and (after he aours and becomes more antagonistic) mentioning going to an event she was at.

I think the reason most articles aren't necessarily reporting the physical stalking is that part is its not widely known and seems to be from reports of those that know the woman and the angle of online harassment against women is more of a "hot topic" now.

I've also noticed most of the articles are directly parroting the guys defense without any counterpoint from anyone representating the complainant. Which I'm sure the defense isn't going to bring up the physical stalking accusations.

The "angry lady wants man jailed for disagreeing" narrative just seems like such a blatant oversimplification that only aids the side talking to the media and surely is what the defense wants people to remember.

If you read nothing but the tweets, sure: just seems like a guy who didn't agree with this woman and kept tweeting at her for months after she blocked him and asked him to stop... Part of that is because a lot of the most offending tweets have been deleted from his account by him. But that also leaves out the fact that, after he soured and continually tweeted at her calling her awful/misandrist/ etc, he also started showing up at events she was at, photographing her place of work, and stalking her. Not sure about the sources of these scenes. It seems like some of them aren't of any actual "behinds the scenes footage" but of Amateur videos and are edited to bolster the argument.. The video at 1:50 isn't on a porn set and is definitely an amateur video.

That's not to say she's not right about there needing to be unions or a much better working environment... but it's kind of hindering the impact because of the shady editing.

First season has aired. It's good, but short and has a very different tone than the first show, IMO. Second season is supposed to be longer.

Think the woman in the thumbnail shot may be Smith's wife... Actually, it is. In another upload of this on youtube, it's mentioned that each person is an actor/friend of Smith's. Still funny, though.

Curious what people seem to think is a "bang for your buck" logo? Does everything need a bevel, a glow, or a swoosh?

....Seriously? Graphic tees? Starbucks? Hoodies? These aren't hipsters. They're young people. Unless you're wearing a handlebar moustache, a hitler youth haircut, or a pork pie hat (to name the biggest offenders), you're not fitting into the "hipster" category.

Sadly, this is pretty common, here... Most people who actually care about their bumpers get those big rubber covers for their front / back bumpers to help prevent damage from all the people doing this.

It is, indeed, "Intimate treasures". I used to live 30 minutes away from the city he mentions, "Kingsport". This is east TN. And it is full of these people.
