Well, you seemed to have missed the word "corrections" in the name of the entity you retired from. I know it's basically a euphemism, but still. It's not named the Department of Punishment.

Ya know, the use of the term "rocket science" as a euphemism for something really complicated and hard isn't a coincidence. Read up on it sometime; it's not nearly as simple as it seems.

Oh, I know there's a lot of swearing that goes on that we never hear, I just love the juxtaposition of the emotionless delivery and the huge flaming clusterfuck.

I gotta say, I love how emotionless these guys always are. Rocket blows up; not a word is said about it other than "launch teams, be advised: stay at your stations."

Not even a single utterance like "Well, shit."

Given how often rally cars oversteer and then hook up again and shoot straight to the inside of the corner, I kind of think there's nowhere actually safe. Maybe the inside before the apex, but that's about it.

I thought what she had to say was interesting, and I would've been fine with just her sitting on the stool talking. I'm not 100% sure I understand the point of the disrobing--I mean, I get it from a metaphorical standpoint, but from an actual point of view, it doesn't seem to accomplish much.

I can only hope that he's sincere, because he's always seemed like a bit of a tool to me.

Holy cow, the breach on that gun is enormous. Pictures of the barrel just don't do justice to how large those things were.
