Bah, accidentally replied to deathcow's profile instead of here.

Microsoft no longer sends boxes for red-ringed XBoxes. They send a shipping label. I found this out when I had to send mine in for repair a few months back.

They used to. They don't any more. This, I found out, when I had to send mine in a few months back.
