You can still embed yt vids in comments.

Use old embed type, set size custom, width 500.

For some embeds there are a few checkboxes you need to uncheck to get an old style embed.

Embedding vimeo is a little more challenging, but I can provide instructions if you want that too.

The problem with vimeo embeds is that vimeo itself no longer offers the old-style embeds... so you have to find one that will work and then modify the clip_id (twice) in the embed to make it into the right video clip.

Maybe wrong thread but a bit related: I can't submit vimeo videos anymore. No matter what I put in the "Video Embed Code"-box: url, new or old embed code. Help.
