Video Embedding of Duplicates
You know that message you receive from Siftbot telling you your embed doesn't conflict with another one on the site? Siftbot is turning this site into a house of lies!

I have opposite problem: @siftbot, y u call this a dupe of this??? Since when does spanking kids have anything to do with horses stuck in trees?
Ah, this is an example of the observer effect in quantum mechanics. You know, the paradox of how systems behave differently when observed. So I am thinking that is why blankfist sees both posts as duplicates...yet Sifty sees each one as unique.
This also comes up as "Horse Stuck in Tree!":
<object width="416" height="374" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" id="ep">
^The fuck is that shit?!?!
@blankfist, stop breaking shit
Also observed earlier today:

http://videosift.com/video/Meat-Shield-Epic-Meal-Time-FPS-Russia-and-Gears-of-War?noredirect
have the same embed. I nearly duped it as well had I not been talking to @albrite30 at the time and checked his queue.
A quick look at the Daily Show stuff is because they're trying to make it as difficult as possible to match embeds to one another. The two embeds for the same video given above use src:
http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:cms:item:comedycentral.com:394630
http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:cms:video:thedailyshow.com:394630
There are other reasons for the other examples. All should be fixed now.
They actually aren't the same. ONE of them gets region blocked for me in Austalia, the other doesn't.
So we can't blame sifty, he was trying to allow people from all over the world to enjoy this bizarre American media bias.
I noticed the same on YouTube videos lately and mentioned it in my http://geek.videosift.com/talk/Is-iframe-supported-now-on-VS posts. I wonder if it is related to iframe embed codes that convert to object embed codes?
Submitting http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/showbiz/2011/08/17/ac.ridiculist.depardieu.cnn thinks it is a duplicate of http://videosift.com/video/CNN-Does-Glenn-Beck-Go-Too-Far which is WRONG.
