New Videosift?
Is something new and changed again?
Does VS look like ass to anyone else today?
IE6, there's no framework to the page. it's all text and aligned along the left. my vertical scroll bar is like, miles long...
IE7, looks fine...
P.S. a friend of mine also says that VS isn't even letting him in. such a pain that he refuses to visit the site anymore due to the hoops he has to jump through...
"Bag of mainly water; I have detected that you are using VideoSift with an ad blocker installed.

he's turned off popup blockers, and whitelisted *.videosift.com just to make sure...

Is anyone else experiencing something like this?
The only thing that would cause everything you described would be the lack of CSS styles being downloaded by your browser. My only guess would be that some flukey think caused the style data not to be downloaded when you tried IE6.
Everything is working wonderfully for me in all browsers. Try doing a couple of hard reloads and see if that fixes it for you.
I just loaded the page in ie6 without a problem. Is it possible that you have somehow blocked cachefly or static1.videosift.com in your host file? The problem you are describing sounds like you didn't properly download the css.
Could you give us some more details about your friend. Those are some pretty vague error descriptions, but we would love to try to help him.
honestly, i can't get a lot of details from him... no worries on that one... i dunno, it's gotta be the browser at work then... couldn't try FF at work, but here at home it works fine. unfortunately i've already "upgraded" to IE7 at home, so i can't test IE6 here. no worries though, i can still VS on my Vista machine, so that's good enough for me. heh. mostly i was just wondering whether this was a known issue or not. i know lucky does a lot of on-the-fly changes and i guess i was just seeing if that was a side-effect of that, or if it was just my browser going wonky.
even though i feel like i've wasted everyone's time, thank you for taking said time to help out. heh.
