New Channel: Controversy
con⋅tro⋅ver⋅sy
[kon-truh-vur-see
–noun, plural -sies.
1. a prolonged public dispute, debate, or contention; disputation concerning a matter of opinion.
2. contention, strife, or argument.
A controversy is a dispute, argument, discussion or debate featuring strong disagreements and opposing, contrary, or sharply contrasting opinions about an idea, subject, group or person. A controversy can range in scope from private disputes between two individuals, such as claims to property, to large-scale disagreements between societies.
The term originates circa 1384 from Latin controversia, as a composite of controversus - "turned in an opposite direction," from contra - "against" - and vertere - to turn, or versus (see verse), hence, "to turn against."
A controversy is always the result of either ignorance (lack of sufficient true information), misinformation, misunderstandings, half-truths, distortions, bias or prejudice, deliberate lies or fabrications (disinformation), opposed underlying motives or purposes (sometimes masked or hidden), or a combination of these factors. - wiki
This is the channel for all things controversial; the more the better.

BEST CHANNEL EVER!
SYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYKE!!!!!!!!!!
haha congrats on the channel, I'm interested in seeing what kind of videos it'll bring.
It is fitting that *controversy is my channel. I encourage everyone to try their hand at this wonderful new option; but remember, no porn/snuff. Now go forth and gather ye most controversial videos and let the games begin.
Great stuff. I find it weird that ac was turned down for the exact same channel, but I suppose there was a difference in definition.
You're so controversial, MrFisk.
As for heated discussions that might fit the channel: http://www.videosift.com/playlists/Krupo/Controversies
Your channel sucks. Wanna fight about it?
Ah!
Finally you made your choice, congratz:) kind of crime related topic..
For all the hardcore NSFW controversies search here (edit: no content yet? the search doesn't work somehow)
Fucking bartenders are stupid. Wait, that wasn't controversial, that was just mean and belligerent. Let me try again. Bartenders are super cool and deserve no less than 20% tip, and their choices in channels rock. That wasn't controversial either.
I don't think I get the concept of this channel. Fucking blankfists are stupid.
*quality idea, Dr. Fisk.
Awarding MrFisk with one star point for this contribution to Sift Talk - declared quality by blankfist.
Ooooh, me likey the controversy.
Upstaged by some dude from Nebraska? You gotta be shitting me...
Congratulations on the channel! I'm wondering if I should put all my creationist stupidity videos in this channel. To call the debate on evolution a controversy is one of the creationist talking points, so it seems like caving in for them to call the debate a controversy on my part, but following the brilliant definition you got from wikipedia I'll be happy to do so.
It will, in a sense, call the creationists liars, bigots and ignorants. I'm fine with that...
