How do you watch videos on VideoSift?

For me, I open the video on google.video.com, YouTube, etc. so I can vote on their sites as well beside on VideoSift. Also with YouTube, I tend to use the regular video window size to make room on my desktop to do something else on the computer like read Web pages. I only have a 17" CRT with 1152x864 resolution. Making it bigger looks crap.

I also have multiple tabs of videos to see.

How about you guys?

Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)

I sometimes use the "bigger" link. Especially for Google Videos as they look the best zoomed. Otherwise I just watch it normally, usually with the comments open, in case I want to leave a comment while watching. I very rarely go to YouTube.

I find their pages too busy and distracting. I remember a while back they had an auto-play ring-tone banner that was really annoying. (disclaimer - we love you youtube, please don't cut off our bandwidth )

I have a Acer 19'' widescreen monitor with a 1440 by 900 resolution, using Firefox I usually have two browser windows one for sifting and videos while the other is for reading Neatorama, BBC news and various other blogs and information sources.

I don't think I can go back to a 4:3 aspect ratio anymore, viewing everything is so comfortable using 16:10.

LOL, TVs are funny. We got a big screen last winter which I'm tempted to hook up to my system... except it's downstairs, so that's not happening.

I have a nice 17" NEC LCD but after playing with my work laptop at home this weekend I've fallen in love with the idea of using two monitors at the same time - it is so cool to have vids on one monitor and some other items on the other...

I usually open up a bunch of vids in tabs, and go through them in some order, and sometimes open up another window to read items while watching/listening to the music vids.

Emily Haines FTW!!!!
