I don't see this ever happening. The reason being that it would open us up to a LOT of liability. Currently all of the hosts we are using assume that liability, but if we were actively archiving video that liability would then rest with us.

btw non-copyrighted videos do not exist, unless copyright is expired (i.e. "video is older than mickey mouse").
