The Distillers - I am a Revenant
<3 Brody. I actually had the pleasure of seeing them live with A.F.I. and Rancid years ago. Spinnerette has a couple good tunes but her solo album wasn't all that great.

How Peter Braxton defeated a patent troll and still lost
It sounds like the proper way to fight these trolls is to go to mediation, balk at mediating, then just kill them on the way out.
Killing a troll is beneficial to the kingdom, so is not a crime.
Why didn't he at least broadcast the name and location of the troll so some good knight could do what he couldn't?
Really, it seems his lawyer didn't do his job, because if they really brought the case knowing they probably wouldn't win, but were just looking for a settlement and would re-file new frivolous suits until they get one, that's compensable and should have them pay all costs AND massive punitive damages.

Let's fill up the court, indeed!
As Queen, I do hereby officially offer Princesshood to the great and glorious (and actually living pretty near me) @PlayhousePals. Wanna be crowned, Play?
We need a Merlin. A Wise One. One with benevolence and love and an all-seeing eye to look out for us all.
He knows who he is for me. He already looks out for us, for which I am grateful.
No need for any Knights in Armor, shining or otherwise. Mine is a peaceful queendom. (Well, striving for peace. Your Queen has some stuff to work on still.)
And my King? Paul Newman, please. Since this is fantasy, I can resurrect the dead and turn back time.
I would be delighted to be your Princess, my Queen!! Wouldn't turn down being a Princess!
I am not sure if we need a town drunk, but I think we can get that covered as well. We may have to snatch them up quickly, jail time, or dungeon time, is in their very near future. It is what happens to repeat offenders.
So, every Princess needs a partner in crime, so we should ask @PlayhousePals to be a Princess as well. There would be so much weed and weirdness up in our castle!!
Have any ideas of who else we can include in our bizarre court?

Deadpool is my favorite Batman
Last time I really enjoyed Batman was when Adam West was Batman. I'm old.
Although i did dig the artwork in Frank Millers, The Dark Knight Returns. So, whoever that Batman was. Matter of fact i still have 4 untouched sets of that comic book series in a box somewhere.
Not the answer you were looking for. I know, i'm a disappointment
Before I do that, I need to know your favourite Batman too. May God forgive you if it's Clooney, because I won't!
Batman - Evolving The Legend
Batman the Animated Series is the first TV show I ever bought the DVDs for. It's the definitive Batman to me. The animated movies are great too, like Under The Red Hood, The Dark Knight Returns, and Mask of the Phantasm.

Those knight-lookin' dudes in the towers with the red hair... Those are Protoss, right?
The rise of ISIS, explained in 6 minutes.
And what I took away from this video is that the west should stop fucking around in the middle east. We can't fix it, we just make what is already messy even worse every time we tramp in their like the white knights we like to think we are...

Marvel's Jessica Jones - Official Trailer
For every white superhero, there is a black superhero; and for every 20 black and white superheroes, there is a single Asian S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and/or a Latino comic relief.
I'm kidding, I don't really give a shit -- but it's true.
One argument I've heard is that crime takes place in the inner cities, so of course there will be a larger portion of black heroes/villains.
Anyway, I've read 100s of Marvel comic books, including the Alias, Daredevil, Marvel Knights, and Defenders series (which ISN'T the Defenders we're going to be presented with on Netflix) so I'm definitely excited about seeing Jessica and Power Man.
But more importantly, the Purple Man (Zebediah Killgrave) is a key villain to know and fear. He pulls a lot of the conspiratorial strings of the Marvel universe on earth to come.
Ghost in the Shell - The New Movie Trailer
Just easier if you look at http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=rel&aid=3431
I think GitS:SAC tv series is the best anime series ever. Ever single episode I would always watch at the edge of my seat absorbing every second of the story.
Innocence was way too obtuse to get into.
I don't understand why they got Mary Elizabeth McGlynn for this movie, yet she's not voicing Motoko Kusanagi. She's perfect for this role! Same with William Frederick Knight not voicing Chief Aramaki.
After the original movie, I suggest watching the second movie, "Innocence", then diving into the Stand Alone Complex series of which there are two seasons. After that, the Solid State Society movie.
From there, if you don't mind everything suddenly becoming radically different, and characters contradicting what's been said in the other installments, continue on to the Arise series. You can watch it as a 10 episode series, or as 4 movies + the last two episodes of the series.
After that, you'll be all caught up.
Don't watch the movie versions of Stand Alone Complex, watch the series.
