Aaaaawwww….look…another failed prediction.

Poor criminal fraud, charity thief, and rapist Don is derailing because he failed to remove DA Willis and couldn’t derail, move, or even delay the case.
No impropriety, no conflict of interest, no inappropriate enrichment, therefore no disqualification and no removal.
😂
10 days until the next criminal trial…10 days until $467 million (and rising) due to NY or seizure begins. Bad times for Don.
The campaign is struggling after Don accidentally admitted he will cut social security and Medicare/medicaid (and raise the retirement age) if elected.

Hilarious, the new RNC co-chair said on live tv twice that everyone is better off today than 4 years ago…making the case for a second Biden term clearly.

Bonus - Child rapist Gaetz has been subpoenaed by his 17 year old sex trafficked “girlfriend” in a defamation case. 😂

$2.3 billion in aid from Denmark including F-16s for Ukraine who has routed Russia in the last week. Sorry comrade.

Poor fraudulent GA voter fraud case- is derailing.. All because the DA is banging the hired help and lied about it. This could taint the whole county office and might need to be moved to another county---- OR dismissed ..
Either way big loss for the left and big win for Trump.

MAGA Witness Admits He Is A Russian Intelligence Agent

bobknight33 says...

How about your reply on the paperwork filed with the Supreme Court about Jack Smith not being a legitimate Special Prosecutor?

Or Fani Willis procurator banging the hired help and her conflict of interest- let along paying her lover twice as much as the other 2 she hired.

Do I have Trump derangement syndrome or do you have so much Anti Trump running through you that you are blinded by reality?

Let's talk about Trump, Georgia, $200,000, and bail....

newtboy says...

Then why is he whining and crying about it so much? 😂
Why is he floating his plan to flee to Russia?
Don’t be a bit surprised to hear he has, pretending to board his plane (maybe using his double) but switching planes on the tarmac to some oligarch’s plane and being in Russian air space before his plane lands. If he goes to the West coast or Alaska, we’ll all know he’s running away. You think he’s joking about running….he’s not.

I think there’s a really good chance that $200000 is a significant percentage of his liquid cash, it could be more than he has personally…he’s been reduced to using political donations for his legal fees, he may in fact be completely flat broke or even underwater….you know he doesn’t own his properties, right? The banks own them.

The $200000k is nothing, it’s the conditions of release that he’s already broken that will put him in jail, possibly tomorrow because he broke the order the day after agreeing to the terms. Don’t be surprised if when he turns himself in for arraignment he’s put directly in jail, or his bail is raised significantly for already making threats against court officers after agreeing not to. His lawyers are already worried about exactly that.

Trump’s biggest problem is two fold 1) prosecutors are going to court to force defendants to get new council not paid for by Trump without massive conflicts of interest, and 2) big surprise once they have lawyers looking out for them instead of Trump they are all suddenly taking the immunity deals and recanting their false testimony Trump’s lawyers coached them to give and instead of “I don’t remember” they are answering questions. This has happened a number of times recently, and will likely happen more now that the codefendents are seeing their cohorts getting off Scott free for telling the truth instead of facing decades in prison for protecting Trump by lying. This is the end, they have him dead to rights on numerous cases now, with video evidence backing up all the statements now being made by his codefendents. Very few are prepared to go to prison for him, and he needs everyone to stay silent to stay out! 91 felony charges and counting, any one of which is a life sentence for the morbidly obese rapist, many of which are state charges no one can pardon. 😂

De facto leader of your party, Manly Traitor Greene, has now declared her intent to make adult websites illegal in America…because freedom?….sounding a death knell for your party.

She claims she just found out adult films are on the internet and they should be illegal.
PS- Internet porn is more popular in red states than blue states.
More moral panic by serial cheating philanderers.
Enjoy following racist anti constitutionalist morons into the gutter.

Bonus- Trump’s conspirators in Georgia are turning on him, including his fake electors. The Trump lawyer hired to represent all the fake electors has been removed because she wasn’t representing them she was protecting Trump, she wasn’t reporting that some wanted to turn in others for crimes (creating conflicts of interest), and she never told them they had been offered immunity if they testified (a disbarable offense).
Some others are joining Trump in his motions to quash indictments and special grand jury reports and to remove the DA….a terrible move because it ties them together and may be the straw that makes this a RICO case…meaning everyone involved can be found guilty of every serious crime involved…including Trump. Doh!

Oh sweet Jeebus…Michigan Republicans are fighting AGAINST the repeal of ancient laws that make living with another person you aren’t married to a crime with 1 year in prison….butnooooo, Republicans aren’t the party that wants to run your life for you, that’s obviously the Democrats, right? 🤦‍♂️

Now all 6 extreme far right and corrupt Supreme Court justices have been caught taking millions in unreported “gifts from people and organizations that DID have cases in front of the Supreme Court and not one ever admitted it, reported either the gifts nor the conflict of interest they created, and never considered recusing themselves from the cases their now owners had in front of the highest court in the land, and I would bet you a thousand dollars every one voted in support of their briber’s interests every single time if you weren’t such a liar and bet welcher that I know YOU wouldn’t pay off.

The Myth of Cuban Health Care

noseeem says...

not certain why this video, but 'Sicko' was 3 administrations ago.

did notice a couple 'wtf' moments. Harvey Weinstein in the background and an NRA logo on a doctor's desk. Harv made for an uneasy moment but a physician w/NRA (support/irony) is kind of a conflict of interest.

bit of a gamble for bk bringing up healthcare when some of the countries w/best healthcare, run a universal system.

okay. skip Cuba's, take Denmark's. would settle for Canada's (they are always ranked above the US on almost every meteric)

Jury finds 3 men guilty for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery

newtboy says...

Not just fire two, but prosecute one for obstruction and violation of her oath of office, a felony, because she hid the fact that one defendant had worked for her for years, had called her directly immediately following the shooting, and was her personal friend…and fired the outside prosecutor she had suggested because they both hid that she had hired him to advise police to drop the case, and hid the fact that his son worked in her office….he later recused himself for conflicts of interest only after the FBI became involved.

https://mynbc15.com/news/nation-world/ex-prosecutor-charged-in-ahmaud-arbery-case-booked-at-jail

The fix was in on this case too, but the subversion was caught in time, unlike Rittenhouse who’s judge needs firing and prosecution too.

The fact the sate had to essentially fire two DA's for not wanting to pursue the case before it finally was moved forward is the sad tag line underneath the correct verdict being reached in spite of that.

What did Reagan think about the right to vote?

luxintenebris says...

A quick summary of the HR1 'duckery'...

This bill addresses voter access, election integrity and security, campaign finance, and ethics for the three branches of government.

Specifically, the bill expands voter registration (e.g., automatic and same-day registration) and voting access (e.g., vote-by-mail and early voting). It also limits removing voters from voter rolls.

The bill requires states to establish independent redistricting commissions to carry out congressional redistricting.

Additionally, the bill sets forth provisions related to election security, including sharing intelligence information with state election officials, supporting states in securing their election systems, developing a national strategy to protect U.S. democratic institutions, establishing in the legislative branch the National Commission to Protect United States Democratic Institutions, and other provisions to improve the cybersecurity of election systems.

Further, the bill addresses campaign finance, including by expanding the prohibition on campaign spending by foreign nationals, requiring additional disclosure of campaign-related fundraising and spending, requiring additional disclaimers regarding certain political advertising, and establishing an alternative campaign funding system for certain federal offices.

The bill addresses ethics in all three branches of government, including by requiring a code of conduct for Supreme Court Justices, prohibiting Members of the House from serving on the board of a for-profit entity, and establishing additional conflict-of-interest and ethics provisions for federal employees and the White House.

The bill requires the President, the Vice President, and certain candidates for those offices to disclose 10 years of tax returns.

...what is so offensive? where is the downside?

sounds more than fair, honest and these Americans are pushing for an honest voting system. where's your evidence there's any 'duckery' in the bill... 🦜 bob

Judge Barrett isn't worth considering

newtboy says...

So....anyone recall how Barrett swore she would recuse herself from any case she had a personal interest in? Specifically about abortion cases....she didn't, religious cases, she didn't, and now she's refusing to recuse herself in a case against the Koch brothers PAC Americans for prosperity, that actually spent millions running ads to support her during her confirmation hearing.
This isn't just a blatant conflict of interest, it's pure pay for play bribery of a supreme court "justice". She should be not just removed but disbarred.
At some point this outrageous behavior by the highest court will end in assassination, it's the only way to remove them.

This is why, for every seat filled by Trump's criminal cronies who are all crooked as a pig's penis, we need to add two seats filled with actual judges with integrity, not prejudiced bigoted rapists and liars....add three for the seat stolen from Obama.

Republicans in 2018 Post-Midterm Elections

newtboy says...

While it could only be an improvement, no. My idea of a smooth transition is the way it's been my entire life, the new president gets access to international intelligence to inform his international plans, and access to data to inform his national policies like a comprehensive covid plan, to be implemented Jan 20, and access to classified information about those he intends to make up his administration so he doesn't end up with a bunch of crooks with foreign ties and conflicts of interest.

If he's denied this ordinary government assistance until he takes office, or even before then but close, it severely hampers his ability to be ready day one to start solving problems and saving lives. We can't afford that, it will cost lives and public treasure.

I don't know where you got the idea I thought he would run the government before Jan 20, I do not think that, but I think he should be as ready to go as possible on that day, not still vetting his administration and learning about our secret international agreements, not learning about covid response but with a plan ready to implement.

greatgooglymoogly said:

So wait, is your idea of a transition one in which Biden's team takes total control of covid policy to reduce those deaths before he is even inaugurated?

Transition is merely giving info to the new administration employees, they make ZERO policy decisions the old one doesn't agree to implement.

Trump Holds Indoor Rally as Wildfires and Pandemic Rage

newtboy says...

Trump has blamed State governors for fires on federal land for 3 1/2 years+ but has done nothing to solve the problems on land he controls.

The failure has been in the making longer than that, try since the industrial revolution. I live in a rain forest starting it's third decade of drought. It's a major climate shift. The science is settled, not in question for decades.

No, he needs to listen to the professional forest managers already there instead of ignoring them because he knows more about everything than anyone. See his recent meeting with California's forest managers for examples of his stupidity, his plan is just like for Covid, do nothing, blame others, deny there's a problem, claim it will just go away, blame others again, pat himself on the back for a job perfectly done.

His idea, rake the forests, is just dumb and impossible. Only a complete moron believes you can rake up 33 million acres of mountainous forests, including removing all forest litter which is necessary habitat for many forest creatures and downed trees like redwoods that are useless as lumber. Only a stupid ignoramus believes that's a solution.

Let's say it costs about $1000 per acre, a vast underestimation, that's an extra $330 billion per year for raking California's forests alone. Is Trump offering to fund that, or is he cutting funding instead? (Hint, he cut funding)

Much of the mismanagement is from fighting fires. For decades the plan was don't let any fire burn, that's left forests with 2-5 times the fuel it would naturally have. The last decade that's been realised and when possible fires are allowed to burn. It's too little too late.

Trump's idea of draining the swamp has been plugging the outlets and pumping millions of gallons of sewage into it. That means removing career civil servants and selling positions to friends and contributors with no experience and massive conflicts of interests. Trump's is the most criminal administration ever, with more convictions than any other including Nixon. Politics are incredibly more swampy than before Trump, and the state of the union is crumbling and poised to dissolve into another civil war.

🤦‍♂️

Sound like he need to fire land management team and put in place some people who know what to do. More swamp draining?

War On USPS

newtboy says...

Turns out DeJoy and his wife have between $30-75.8 million in stocks of companies that directly compete with the USPS, companies that have already benefited from the slowdowns he's causing. Seems like a clear conflict of interest.

"Louis DeJoy and his wife Aldona Wos reported between at least $30 million to just over $75.8 million in assets from XPO Logistics, J.B. Hunt and UPS. All are competitors with U.S. Postal Service operations. While government records confirm their ownership of the assets, the exact value of the holdings is not clear from the records. "

Also, delaying the mail is illegal, with up to 5 years in prison per letter, +1 year for every newspaper delayed.

JiggaJonson says...

No? what? how the hell did u get that from this?

The president of the United States issued an order making it a crime to do this for the purpose of interfering in an election.

The Obama administration, along with a slew of our allies, wanted that prosecutor out because he was NOT prosecuting corruption. They wanted someone who would prosecute corruption more aggressively. I fail to see the problem.

Furthermore, Hunter Biden was not under investigation for corruption from the prosecutor who was let go. According to the company Burisma Holdings claimed at the time (and still say now) that they brought H Biden on to improve their company image and root out shady business practices. The name probably helped that, but it's apples and oranges.

If there were really something shady going on, why fire the person who is NOT investigating your son's company? Regardless, per the new law under the 45th, it's improper and illegal for someone campaigning to engage in this kind of conflict of interest. If he had a legitimate concern, he should have let an appropriate agency within the state department handle it.

BONUS apparently he's also done this multiple times with the likes of Australia and whatever else is behind the code worded files.

On another note, it's illogical and stupid that i have to keep reading about the credibility of the whistleblower. THE FUCKING WHISTLEBLOWER REPORT IS 100% CONFIRMED BY THE RELEASED TRANSCRIPT FROM THE WHITE HOUSE.

HE COULD BE THE MOST DISCREDITED PERSON IN THE WORLD BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE PROVIDED FALSE INFORMATION HERE.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ukraine-transcript-read-ukraine-president-phone-call-transcript-pdf-released-today-joe-biden-crowdstrike-2019-09-25/

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2019/09/26/whistleblower-complaint-against-trump-read-full-declassified-document/3773047002/

What's left to debate about this? the report filed matches the transcript put out BY THE WHITE HOUSE. It's beyond me why I even have to explain that.

The EAT-Lancet Launch Lecture

newtboy says...

You didn't dispute their science, did you? Are you pretending this was reviewed by outside scientists who aren't card carrying vegan zealots...or even by non contributors to the paper they've presented? Do you know who funded it, since that does matter? Any meat producers among them?
You know they neglected to include a list of possible conflicts of interest the authors had, too. Could that be because the vast majority made/make their living selling veganism in one way or another?

I gave specific points of contention with specific details of eat lancet including it's scientific validity, with specific data you failed to address at all.

I'm just pointing out the deficiencies in your movement's new attempt at science...it may have some good points none the less.

I'm much less concerned with the messenger than the science. Veganism pushes out these new claims so often that it takes an army to keep up with debunking them, it's no surprise some soldiers are less than perfect, I don't know these two enough to care....but do you contradict their article's scientific points, ignoring the authors likely bias?

All that said, I don't disagree that red meat once a week is a decent limit, or that less sugar and processed grain would be even more beneficial to average people's health (not everyone)...and that's far from suggesting veganism...but those three suggestions seem to be the main takeaways from the synopsis I've read, but the devil is in the details, which seem to need serious work.

transmorpher said:

I mean sure, you can claim bias. But I just hope you are claiming it both ways, because guess who the Nutrition Coalition you linked is funded by?
