Yesterday your boy Thomas was caught taking more bribes, these were direct cash payments from lawyers with cases before the Supreme Court that made donations through Thomas’s clerk for “Clarence Thomas Xmas”.
Somebody needs to “remove” those “conservative judges” that have sold the highest court in the land to the highest bidder while thumbing their nose at America and seize 200% of their assets (put them and their heirs tens of millions deep in debt).

Today Republican house members are under investigation for harboring a spy and fugitive, namely Gal Luft, who turns out to be a spy for China among other crimes like bribing high level Trump officials to sway Trump public policy in ways that benefited China and harmed America, and other serious crimes like arms dealing and the secret sale and smuggling of embargoed oil from Iran to China, and who they publicly stated they knew was a spy who had jumped bail in February before fleeing the country. It sure sounds like the MAGA republicans likely aided and abetted and helped hide a direct enemy of America, tried to grant him whistleblower status to protect him from prosecution…all of which may be treason! 😂
Another total failure of MAGA’s schemes to slander Biden.
Another “whistleblower” that turns out to be completely unreliable like EVERY SINGLE MAGA WHISTLEBLOWER, more serious MAGA criminality in efforts to hurt their political rivals, more siding with the enemies of America over the USA. You traitors deserve nothing but a cigarette and blindfold.

Judiciary Committee Hearing on Supreme Court Ethics Reform

newtboy says...

You must be fucking kidding.
You think this makes your party look sane? Or fair? Or even 1% honest?
I guess he expects no one to remember all the threats righty politicians make against the court, the left, and each other…usually involving a “second amendment solution”, not a threat of basic ethics rules.

Then you think listing some working lecture trips some justices took that were publicly reimbursed by law schools that never had cases before the court and which they reported equates to tens of millions in hyper luxury international trips for the entire family by people with cases before the court that were hidden and not reported as specifically and unambiguously required by law helps make the right seem LESS criminal. 😂

Clarence Thomas delegitimized himself by selling access to himself in secret, selling his decisions in secret, by not recusing himself from cases involving his “friends” (that he only met after becoming a justice), not recusing himself from cases involving his wife, her political movement/business, and pretending that he, the top legal authority in the country, didn’t know it was illegal despite it being incredibly clear in the law…laws he is 100% aware of and followed until corrupt Scalia told him he could get away with it by just not reporting it anymore (like Scalia did with million dollar hunting retreats over 70 times).

It makes you all look criminally unethical and moronic.
Why would anyone want no rules for the highest court unless they are complicit in the bribery schemes?
Self regulation has clearly completely failed, it’s never once worked in human history, but it’s Graham’s/the right’s only plan. Keep bribery legal at the highest levels. 🤦‍♂️

bobknight33 said:

Graham whining that it’s not fair to catch major criminals selling the rule of law to the highest bidder, we need to focus on minor ethics lapses and Democratic threats to enforce ethics rules instead and let them continue to self regulate…it’s going so well.

D’oh!
Two new $1 billion+- lawsuits against Fox. One by its shareholders against the company for lying about the election, which was obviously going to hurt the value of the company when revealed. They had a fiduciary duty to shareholders to not destroy their company. A duty they ignored for over a year.
The second case by shareholders is against the board, officers, directors, owners, and fiduciaries to recover every dollar they were paid during the frauds. Lol…this includes Paul Ryan.

I know, you say you don’t watch Fox (although you quote and post them constantly), but even you know that Fox is the architect of the far right, and without their political blueprints the right will be fighting itself with no direction. Oof.

They also just dropped a defamation suit against Crikey, an Australian company that called them “unindicted co conspirators of Jan 6” and had refused to even discuss settling because they have the Dominion evidence proving it’s true and wanted to use it in court to expose Fox in ways Dominion hadn’t. Fox knew they had no case, it being the truth is a defense, and dropped it after months of being raked over the coals in the Australian press. They must pay all of Crikey’s legal fees.
The chickens are coming home to roost, and they are pissed off and ready to shit all over the lying righty media cabal.

Bonus- Trump just failed to exclude other women he raped and tried to rape from his civil rape case. His lawyers are acting like this is their first trial ever, submitting motions weeks after deadlines…motions with no reasoning, no new evidence, and filed well after their deadlines. You get the shyster you deserve.

Second bonus- Traitor Greene has been referred to the ethics oversight committee for libel and slander against Hunter Biden. Because there is no legislative reason for her defamatory and false statements (like accusing him of human trafficking), insulting photos with completely false descriptions (like a photo of him driving his young nieces to school Greene posted labeling it “Hunter was on crack wheeling and dealing with CCP ties and prostitutes with classified documents laying around the garage.”). Because there could be no legislative reason for publicly posting such libelous baseless lies she lost her immunity from the speech and debate clause. I hope he says he had designs on being president and her libel cost him a few hundred million dollars, she deserves to be relegated to public assistance at the lowest level she ever advocated for…her family would leave immediately without her under the table income, she’s horrific, especially to her family.
This witch hunt against a private citizen is going to fuck you guys so hard, and I’m going to be there with popcorn to denigrate you as you get violated over and over and over and over and over. The next 18 months are going to be SWEET….and I can’t wait to see who you criminals come up with to run…so many will be in prison or barred from office! BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHA! I LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER.

AND- Turns out that while Clarence Thomas was taking millions in gifts from Harlin Crow, Crow actually DID have cases in front of the Supreme Court and, big surprise, Thomas voted in his favor every time. More MAGA destruction of America.

Ever consider they are reacting to how they’ve seen police act in their communities, they see police as aggressive bad guys because they act that way? No, you jump to the racist, black people can’t raise their children trope.

“ We are practically a different species at this point.” “ No practically about it. And it was always that way.”
“ There's a N' problem”. “ And no one can say out loud because it's considered racist.”
“ "human"”. “Human (laughing crying emoji)”
“ It’s not the culture man, if it were culture there would be some difference in how they turn out in different parts of the world. From the uk to the USA to Australia to Africa it’s always the same story”
“ There’s a “I have too many kids and I don’t raise them” problem in the USA.”
“Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I don't claim to know. But for every Clarence Thomas, Walter Williams, or Thomas Sowell, there are 20,000 George Floyds or Austin Simons.”
“ If you think this is bad you should see how they talk to females.”

Or to you, “no raciest statements “…
…but you don’t think saying “I'm baffeled as to why people insist these creatures can live on equal terms with humans.” When you’re talking about black people is racist, just “iffy”.

I don’t blind myself to racism, you drape yourself in it and deny it exists.

Oh Bob. Another cry for help? More “I’m rubber, you’re glue”? Really, friend. It’s ok to seek psychiatric support. I know it’s terrifying your reality is crumbling and you’re realizing you supported a fascist traitor to America, and that everything you believed for 6 years is nonsense at best…but there’s help.

Love how you blame everyone else but these kids parents.

I've just gleaned the YT comments no raciest statements. I see 1 ifffy statement .

This is heartbreaking to think these babies are part of our futures. This is depressing to see how these babies are allowed to talk and act towards adults/authority.

The child is just imitating what he sees around him and acts out.

Just think one of us will be privileged enough to be robbed and murder by these future criminals. Thank you greatest ally!

Dangerous even when young.

Instead of preschool, they should be in pre-jail.

They'll grow up to be very productive citizens I'm sure.

If you think this is bad you should see how they talk to females.

Lord have mercy on our souls! These children are barely school age where are their parents or guardian?

Jaw dropping. While there is very little speaking this video says so much! You have to wonder what kind of nightmare their lives are.

Kid's got a bright future.

That child is an innocent soul, ready to soak-up like a sponge whatever is taught to him; if it's loving kindness or hateful abuse, he will show the world what he's learned. Parents must be proud to have put this innocent human on a path that will surely ruin him.

But as narrow minded as you are...Im sure you will single this out..

I'm baffeled as to why people insist these creatures can live on equal terms with humans.

100 comments and 1 or 2 bad and you little racist mind blankets all comments.

Sad you you see only bad. Most likely a result of bad parenting .

You should try online therapy . You really need help

Kavanaugh: No More Nineties Reboots, Please | Full Frontal

bobknight33 says...

Nope I Do not concede it was Hypothetical speaking.

3 public accusations known..

1 is ford.
1 claims gang raped - 10 times -- She is not a victim.. She is an enabler.

The 3 is -- A story so not believable no one want to use it.

Democrats used this stunt to besmirch Clarence Thomas and Democrats are doing it again.

newtboy said:

So you now concede he tried to rape Ford? Wow, that's progress.
It's not once, there are a minimum of 3 public accusations known, and if they're true, probably dozens unreported since the MO was drug them into unconsciousness. Most wouldn't know what happened or who did it to ever accuse anyone.
These acts have destroyed one career, family, and life....Ford's.

We are, however, all doomed, thanks to the kind of politics that let people support probable drunks and rapists (and incontrovertibly those with no decorum, professionalism, or self control) for the highest court in the land if those rapists will push their politics from the bench.

Kavanaugh: No More Nineties Reboots, Please | Full Frontal

Mordhaus says...

Ramirez acknowledged that there are significant gaps in her memories of the evening, and that, if she ever presents her story to the F.B.I. or members of the Senate, she will inevitably be pressed on her motivation for coming forward after so many years, and questioned about her memory, given her drinking at the party.

In a statement, two of those male classmates who Ramirez alleged were involved in the incident, the wife of a third male student she said was involved, and three other classmates, Dino Ewing, Louisa Garry, and Dan Murphy, disputed Ramirez’s account of events: “We were the people closest to Brett Kavanaugh during his first year at Yale. He was a roommate to some of us, and we spent a great deal of time with him, including in the dorm where this incident allegedly took place. Some of us were also friends with Debbie Ramirez during and after her time at Yale. We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would have seen or heard about it—and we did not. The behavior she describes would be completely out of character for Brett. In addition, some of us knew Debbie long after Yale, and she never described this incident until Brett’s Supreme Court nomination was pending. Editors from the New Yorker contacted some of us because we are the people who would know the truth, and we told them that we never saw or heard about this.”

She says it took her six days of hard thinking and speaking to her attorney before she decided she believed that she was positive it was Kavanaugh. Again, no other witnesses are backing her up and the couple that did say they heard of some sort of incident involving a plastic penis and a party think they heard Kavanaugh's name mentioned but they weren't present at the party.

I have to say, there was far more credible information against Clarence Thomas and a panel led by Democrats voted to pass him on to the senate. It is worth investigation? Maybe, but how do you prove it? Both accusers admit they were heavily intoxicated at the time and both have no credible witnesses. If you do have an investigation and he is found innocent, would a Democratic senate even still consider him for SCOTUS? I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Sadly, it looks like he may be fucked even if he isn't guilty.

ChaosEngine said:

@Mordhaus, btw, it looks like another woman has come forward.

Again, this isn't proof, but it certainly strengthens the case for investigation.

GOP Stands by Kavanaugh Despite Sexual Assault Allegations

Mordhaus says...

Even if they did, it wouldn't show evidence that he assaulted her. She has no worries about an FBI investigation because there is no evidence to find. Literally none, other than the marriage counselling thing you mentioned.

I'm sorry, but simply accusing someone of assault doesn't mean it happened. I don't know what her reasons are and I don't know if he did assault her, I just know that as long as we have no evidence he couldn't be convicted by a court in the nation. If he couldn't be convicted, he shouldn't be held accountable as far as his future career goes. I recall that it used to be innocent until proven guilty, not the way it is now.

I am worried he will end up fucking up Roe v Wade and I support legal abortions, but at the same time, I can't say he should be barred from the opportunity of his lifetime based on a simple accusation from someone who went 36 years without mentioning it to anyone other than her husband and marriage counselor.

Anita Hill had a much better case versus Clarence Thomas and the Democrats still voted him into SCOTUS.

newtboy said:

If they allowed her husband and their therapist to testify and present his notes as evidence, they could at least prove she told the same story in 2012 with no interest in going public with her story or even naming Kavanaugh privately...or that she's an evil supergenius that started planning this fraud 6+ years ago.

Yes, there might be reasons to want to prevent his appointment, but it's a stretch to believe this successful professional wife and mother would knowingly upend her life and the lives of her family permanently in hopes of delaying his confirmation slightly and smearing his name as a likely best case scenario if she were making it up. It also doesn't make sense that she would request a formal FBI investigation since lying to them is a crime they often prosecute harshly.
It's possible she's a liar and a nut sacrificing herself for short term political gains, but it really seems unlikely.

I do agree, there are a lot of reasons why someone might want to prevent him from being selected. I have a few myself.
