May be the reentry of the Volga upper stage of the Soyuz 2.1v rocket that launched two classified Kosmos satellites on Nov. 25 in 2019.

I have seen something like this twice, once at twilight one night and the other time it was pretty late around midnight, both times it was pretty dang cool.
