It happens at around 0:19, and its the little red thing that passes on the left, just before.

It was drifting toward the centre median, then overcorrected. So either on phone, or possibly playing with the infotainment system. But definitely took his/her eyes off the road.

His reactions were on point.

Obviously we lose sight of the car, but I think the driver probably came out totally unscathed if they were belted in. It didn't really seem to roll as such, more of a pirouette on it's grill before landing on the tires again.
