oritteropoIt's very close to the unix epoch time, which in this case is very likely to indicate that the camera runs some form of embedded linux and the owner never set the date.

Singapore's policies seem to work pretty well on that count. The West? Not so much.
When Westerners visit Singapore, they're amazed at how clean and successful as a society it is.

As long as Singapore has vastly superior metrics compared to any Western society, criticisms that their culture doesn't conform to Western values seem ineffective
Personally, I have little use for crime, so I'd prefer there be less of it.
