John Lennon da Silva -- Black Swan hip hop

The dancing starts at 1:45. The camera work sucks, the lighting sucks, and this is amazing.

Thanks! I will. I started with Spanish, then thought ... oh, is it Mexican? Turns out I didn't even have the right language. I am a provincial, badly educated Amurican.

Please remove the "hispanic" tag. He's brazilian. Therefore, not Hispanic, but Latin. There's a difference.

Don't worry about it.
That was very good indeed. Loved it.

Im sure its really hard what he did but it was compelaty out of time to the music , if he structured this properly so that the dance had some veration to it peeks and troughfs with the music then it would be really good.

is it was it was just unimaginative and the dude crying was simpyl brain washed by the music.

It would defintly be nice for more street dancers to perform to clasical music or aply modern dance to clasical songs but if they are going to they are going to have to be slighty more sophisticated then this.

Although I disagree with Westy about the "timing" issue, I agree that this is simply an excellent street dancer applying his talent to a classical theme. And even though that is really cool, and something I haven't seen before, it would not get him past the second round in any respectable dance competition.

Not bad, I think I would like to see this in a full blown production with several dancers, and better story choreography. His motions were good, but without being able to reason the purpose behind them it felt a little empty.
