None of that matters, because while people are pondering how they did it, they're being advertised to. This is bullshit viral advertising at its most silly.

Compare the coats on the coat-rack at 0:23 (top right) and 0:44 (middle left). Obvious differences. In the mirror, much more burgundy showing on the outer coat and the purse is less visible because of the dark material behind it. Also, the perspective of the reflection of the tube of wrapping paper leaning against the bottom of the mirror seems off.
