MikesHL13says...Great interview. Classy guy.
spoco2says...SHITHOUSE player though... (I know, you've pre-apologized ) but man, it's shithouse, doesn't know when it should buffer, and seems to also have horrendous bandwidth to here in Australia too.
(And I know about buffering and flash videos, just finished making a player myself... so ner)
kymbossays...Looking forward to his new show - you sifters better share with those of us not getting American cable!
Exaltedsays...He will survive.
jcf79says...I'm with CoCo!
deathcowsays...dude you got 32 million bucks... you did not get screwed
dagsays...Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)
As a singer, he makes a great late night talk show host.
This stream is throttled to the point of unwatchability for overseas viewers. when I log into the VPN service it works perfectly. That's lame, and yet increasingly common. MSNBC has started doing this too.

Didn't he say towards the end of the interview that he didn't?
lordneptunesays...Ugh, trying to watch this tethered to my phone, and... it's unbearably unwatchable. It stops every 5 to 10 seconds, and while it does play, it sputters a second of stuff, slight pause, more stuff, pause, repeat. It also started over on me during one pause. lol. Quite a horrible little player they have going there. Upvoting for what I saw, not for how I saw it.

Wow, really? That's lovely... WORLD wide web my arse.
rychansays...I knew his wife was gorgeous, but she is also surprisingly articulate.
spawnflaggersays...Conan should duet with William Shatner.
crying all the way to the bank with $32M.... did not get screwed.
his wife is articulate, but she didn't go to Haaaaverd
Kreegathsays...Conan did get screwed. Not out of his salary, certainly, but definately out of his job.

She did, however, graduate from Vassar. She is very intelligent.
BicycleRepairMansays...It sort of disturbs me how people seem to feel sorry for Conan as if he was an earthquake victim on Haiti. He is a multi-millionaire comedian who hosted the freaking tonight show and can do whatever the fuck he wants and get a TV show whereever the fuck he wants. boo-fuckin-hoo he didnt get the tonight show as long as he wanted.
Ok, I am on his side on this too, but come on, this is just business, kids, and there are literally millions of people who suffer, and I mean really suffer, because some people thought of the bottomline before anything else, but Conan isnt one of them. Its millionaires swapping TV-shows. Come on.

I think Conan feels the same way. You kind of get that in his "don't cry for me" embarrassment at the amount of support he's received.
