Disney A.N.T. Farm meets R2D2 and C3PO
Riiiight, ruining your childhood, like George Lucas didn't already do that with the prequels... Or the infamous Holiday Special... I really don't see why anyone cares by this point what is done with the Star Wars franchise (which is exactly what it has been even before the prequels, a franchise, a way to get your money for products of sometimes dubious quality) I really liked the original trilogy, but I'm also pretty content to just ignore everything else or at the very least shrug my shoulders and say "meh, whatever"

"If you let one of them run loose, what are you gonna do with the rest of them, let them go too?"
Well, yeah, that's one possibility. Or, hey, maybe this Judge could actually do his job, otherwise lets just replace him with a Judgebot 3000 and save the taxpayers some money.
How to Pour the Perfect Guinness from a Can
Can't say that I have, and I'm sure the stuff over in Ireland is top notch, but I'm talking about the cans and bottles we have in Ohio. Personally, I'd rather have a Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout, a Left Hand Milk Stout and for the love of god yes please a Founders Breakfast Stout. New Holland Poet, Great Divide Yeti, and on and on and on. I guess my point is that I don't see why people get so worked up over guinness over here in the states when there are so many excellent stouts here that actually have a great flavor and charachter. But, if you like watered down stout from a can, don't let me stop you from enjoying it.

Or, you could try drinking a stout that actually has some flavor...
Have you ever actually tried a real pint of Guinness? And I don't mean whatever watered down piss they serve in the rest of the world, I mean a real pint, as in, in Ireland?

What a douche. The cop seemed nice enough though.
Lady Thwarts Home Invasion Through Her CCTV : Robbery Fail
Heresy, QM, that is outright heresy. If the Islams (though most people, people who know what they're talking about, call them Muslims) had their way then how would we ever have a Wall Street? I'm reporting you to the committee on unamerican activities, you know, as soon as it get's formed... again...

Well, we know she's not a Loyal Democrat cause she's at a job or a vacation from a job.
I've been lucky never to have been burglarized. I understand--without really understanding--the feeling is that of being raped, violated. Maybe the islams really do have the right idea about what to do with thieves.
>> ^jcf79:
I guess from now on she should just give up her career, buy a gun, and wait for the next time someone tries to burglarize her, 'cause nothin' says republican like paranoia and over-reaction. And, just so you know, they prefer to be called Democratic Americans now...

How sad that a camera had to greet these Democrats instead of a gun owner.

the 99% take back ohio
You don't get this type of turnout with this type of a percentage voting "no" on an issue with a failure to understand simple text (sorry you couldn't understand it) And I'm not happy, by the way, if that makes you feel better. We won this fight, but I'm sure that Kucinich has plan B in effect to make the working class feel the hurt, however... Times will be tough, but it will be tougher on those who choose to take advantage of the working class. We know struggle, we know sacrifice, we are the 99% and we have shown that we can prevail.

I read the link. It explains NOTHING of what the amendment does or does not do.
I lost nothing, you're the one who got screwed; at least you're happy.

Dear Quantum Mushroom, as an Ohioan who votes and knew the issues fully going into the election, and who voted against SB5 aka issue 2 (Also, here's a link to the "tricky" wording of the bill. http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/upload/ballotboard/2011/2-language.pdf I was glad I could take a few weeks to fully comprehend the wording, especially the part that read "A 'yes" vote means you approve of the law. A 'no' vote means you reject the law" I mean, what does "yes" and "no" reaaaallly mean here. Please, QM, if you could help straighten this out you'd be doing a great service to us all. Anyways...) I guess what I really want to say is.... Nyah nyah nyah We win, you lose. Pffffffffff.
