Pizza strikes me as more of the "cheap / unhealthy" type food. At least around here it's cheap as hell - but not very good for you. Last time I was in the US, I remember Little Caesers had 2 large pizzas for something like $12
cheap and good: popcorn! PASTA! Corn. Beans. Mixed vegetables in curry spices. Dal. I'd put milk here too.
also, pretzels are a relatively healthy snack, so long as you don't go crazy or get the ones covered in flavored crap.
should probably avoid just about every white carb/starch too.
I'm not a fan of veggies. When my girlfriend makes it and forces me to eat it I just end up stuffing most of it in my mouth and chewing real fast to get it out of the way. Then I only have things to look forward to. Being that she's filipina we eat a ton of rice too...rice with everything. I refuse to eat fish heads though.

Depends what kind of pizza you're talking about. totinos=shitty $1 pizzas, digiorno = good $5 pizzas
I guess you're entitled to your opinion, but I love broccoli, cabbage, and greenbeans.
And you can have my alcohol when you pry it from my limp, sweaty hands.
what i think of as basics in my kitchen - things i always have...
bread
cous cous
linguini
garlic
onion
potatoes
spinach
feta
tuna
chicken
tins of chopped tomatoes
sweetcorn
kidney beans
there are plenty of simple, tasty meals to make just using those ingredients plus they're all pretty cheap. i could live on that shit for a while.
