Yeah, I was gonna say I'd make it if no one else does by the time I'm able to, but upon viewing the FAQ, it appears that I might have a lot more work to do than I thought:

A Sifter may create their own channel upon reaching Bronze Diamond level. (See above.)

But there is no Bronze Diamond! Madness! Madness I tell you.

You must've not looked - as of today there are only 70 videos named/tagged with "douche" (http://www.videosift.com/search?q=douche) - it might be a little subjective, but my opinion is that it's nowhere near enough to warrant the creation separate channel. Hell - me, I thought a 1500+ might not be enough when I searched for my first choice of a channel to create. And that's not going into the subjectivity of making a decision who's a douche as well as the ambiguity of the term itself.

As for the number of videos tagged douche already, I feel that few are going to tag it without a channel. I for one didn't know there was any point in doing so without a channel so have refrained from really tagging...

We have to face the reality that in this world today, there are many douches. The douche-levels are rising rapidly. We see the effects of douche almost everywhere, and no where moreso than on the internets.

There are 492 videos in the Comics channel, 481 in Islam, and 311 in Grindhouse. I think *douche could surpass at least 500.

Do we really need to fill the Sift with doucheburgers, though? Can't we just leave them at http://www.hotchickswithdouchebags.com/ and pretend that they don't exist?

I see your point, dear direpickle, but I would argue that douchebaggery is hard to ignore, and is ever prevalent in today's society. I wouldn't commend finding videos of non-comedic douchebaggery. If it doesn't provide some good old schadenfreudey humorous fun, it shouldn't be sifted. Don't tag a video with some dude or band you don't like as douche. It has to be blatant douchebaggery. A perfect example would be my recent 'street justice' sift.

a douchebag channel should have a specific description. (See: The Gotti Family) It would serve to amuse me at all hours of the day. BTW... girls can be douche bags too. I never think to tag vids with "Douche" or the like.... but if I had a channel to remind me I would be more inclined to do so.
