A new video shows Donald Trump supporters assaulting protesters who were engaged in a peaceful demonstration.
The 1:44 minute clip was captured during a Trump rally at Oral Roberts University’s Mabee Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sarah Palin, who endorsed him earlier this week, joined the multi-billionaire at the rally yesterday.
At the beginning of the clip—which was recorded as the Republican frontrunner was wrapping up his remarks—four Trump supporters block the view of two protesters. One of the men then shoves the two protesters. A volley of words ensued between the two groups, while other rally goers can be heard yelling at the protesters, “Get out!”
At the 50 second mark a big, burly man wearing a cowboy hat puts one of the protesters in a headlock from behind and attempts to drag him away. As Trump is boasting, “We’re going to win so much. . . you people are going to get sick and tired of winning”, security arrives, breaks up the melee, and presumably escorts the protesters out.
Violence at Trump rallies have become the norm. Last October, according to AFP, pro-immigration protesters were spat on and shoved during a Trump gathering in Richmond, Virginia. And then, in November, a Black Lives Matter demonstrator was attacked during a rally in Birmingham, Alabama.
When asked about the violence at the Alabama rally Trump responded, “Maybe he should have been roughed up. Because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing.”

Once again we see the rented cops (actual Tulsa Police in this case) ignore the Trumpers actually being violent and go after the protesters, because in Trump's America, you can't calmly and/or quietly dissent or you need to GIT DE FUK OUT!
I don't understand why local police aren't stationed inside ready for this at every Trump event, knowing full well that any protester WILL be assaulted by the morons. In fact, it seems a good reason for any mayor to refuse to allow a Trump event in their town, and I hope some protesters sue cities for knowingly allowing this behavior, otherwise they'll never learn to do their jobs, even when they're being paid by others.

newtboyAgreed, but only 1 Trumpeteer got violent. He's the only one I saw that deserved to be removed. I can even support them removing the protesters because they aren't wanted at a private function, but not over policing actual violence that happens right in their face. Ignoring that is outrageous in my eyes, and a reportable shirking of their sworn duties.
More than one supporter was being far more disruptive than the protesters, but that's kind of par for the course at these rallies....then again so is the violence it seems.

bremnetsays...I don't get the rent-a-cop thing... in other similar videos where one or more folks are protesting silently or sitting in the audience with signs (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-s2dm2AuUr0) uniformed police are asked by Trump to remove the trouble makers, or the disturbance is large enough that the police intervene and again, remove the troublemakers. Are these guys on the clock or are they off duty paid goons? The fat boy in the cowboy hat should have been arrested for his actions, no?
The brown shirt reference is well chosen. Don't know about others, but this is some scary shit, and the asshats that are following Chump have zero appreciation for both the freedom to vote and the responsibility to the country in doing so.

being police, they have a duty to enforce the law and protect citizens even when off the clock, so letting Big Hoss put the guy in a headlock, then just walk off is a dereliction of duty. If we had their names, they might lose their jobs over it, because many people would make formal complaints and end their careers...as I think they should if the cops don't do their jobs.
