Woman Flips Out Over.....A Subaru?

This woman totally loses her mind when a Subaru slowly drives past her and waives.
I can't figure out for the life of me what her issue is, unless it's mental illness. Why does she attack the guy on the corner? WHAT?!?

I love :24...."I don't have any idea what you're talking about....SIR."

Well, to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe that driver has been cruising her street, making noise. It is a modified muffler, and is probably pretty loud when revving. I can't even figure out where she was in the first place.

I think I heard her say something like "that car almost took my leg out" or something like that. Maybe there was an earlier incident?

Pretty weird.

Ahhhh....another post of the same video said the car had sped past her earlier, and she flipped out when it returned to the house claiming it had nearly killed her. No idea how true that is, but it's the claim.
Still, why attack the guy with the camera?
